Gay Farmer / Gay Estate Agent

Born in the heady days of Gerald & Kinkers lunches these two “cocktails” where once an Alma midweek standard. Sadly not as popular as they used to be, they still deserve their place on this list.

“Gay Farmer” 50ml Campari, orange slice, soda water, ice.
“Gay estate agent” 50ml Campari, 25ml Gordons gin, orange slice, soda water, ice.

Both these should have an additional slice of orange added to the glass for each refill – when there is no more room for booze it’s hometime.
