GINGER
Fentimans’ Ginger Beer is botanically brewed using the same traditional techniques as Thomas Fentiman back in 1905. We ferment the finest Chinese ginger root for a drink that is fiery and full of flavour.
Founded in 2000 by Craig and Gail Williamson, D C Williamson Ltd is an innovative soft fruit, stem fruit and bush fruit farm, situated on the Essex and Suffolk border overlooking the River Stour.
ELDERFLOWER PRESSÉ

A delicious blend of Elderflower & Water, crafted to give a gently sparkling and refreshing burst of delicate flavours
ELDERFLOWER GARDEN
- 50ml Gin
- 50ml Apple Juice
- ½ peeled and chopped Cucumber
- 150ml Elderflower Pressé
Muddle the cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker along with the Apple juice. Add the gin,and some ice cubes. Shake and double-strain into chilled glass, top up with Elderflower Pressé and decorate with peeled cucumber slices and serve.

RHUBARB MOJITO
- 50ml Vodka
- Half a squeezed lime
- 100ml Rhubarb & Apple Presse
Pour Vodka and squeezed lime into the glass, top up with Rhubarb & Apple Presse, garnished with mint leaves and lime wedges.
